About the East India Design Awards

The East India Design Awards bring together architects, interior designers, manufacturers, and media from West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, and the Northeast. Entries are judged on design innovation, execution quality, client satisfaction, and sustainability of material choices.

Residential categories span apartments, villas, and renovation projects. Submissions require documented photography, client references, and floor plans — anonymous renders alone do not qualify.

The 2025 jury included senior architects from Kolkata, a national interiors publication editor, and a materials scientist evaluating VOC claims — a blend of aesthetics and technical credibility.
